Enjoy our special menu curated by Chef Davide Migallo, where Italian icons meet playful twists on the classics—crafted with the finest ingredients sourced from our beloved Italian produttori and our new Irish friends.

Grab a Negroni and take a front-row seat, your Milano night out awaits. Be ready to find yourself right in front of the Duomo with the Squadra’s Gran Milanese, tender on the inside but crispy on the outside, a rosé veal escalope, breadcrumbed and fried with love.

For the most curious Dubliners, indulge in Gloria’s Wellington, a bold twist on a classic, featuring organic Irish salmon with spinach and mushrooms, wrapped in golden puff pastry… Chef Davide’s favourite. For primi, indulge in our homemade Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe with a signature four-pepper blend, or the iconic Sideways Lasagna with rich beef and veal ragù, a true love letter to all the pasta lovers.

To let the magic happen, make sure you try the Dolci: from The Incomparable Lemon Pie to our Soufflè al Cioccolato, the famiglia at Gloria will surely steal your heart.

Please note we open bookings one month in advance at 9am. If the website doesn’t show you a specific time slot, it does unfortunately mean we are fully booked. We also accept walk-ins, subject to availability!
